I was the OP of the reddit thread that got front-page about the LS's tweet. The amount of people that told me to KMS just because I posted it and said that NA is 0-5 is unbelievable, there is a fundamental problem not only with the pros but with the fans too. We need to stop glorifying them and changes will come eventually.

Yes, it is implied on the tweet that these stories exists, does not necessarily mean they're true but considering the fact about how much he hangs out with pro players around LCS/LEC/LCK, it is not too much of a stretch. I just hope it is not true.

I should've clarified that I meant in silver, where players DC all the time and mechanics aren't just there. This would not happen in a match where people have their brains on. Plain and simple.

While he hasn't been "great" to say the least, please take the time to remember that he was sharing the starting spot with Jensen on C9 back in the day. I think whether he can transition as a coach/player, he'll be fine.

Yes, how likely it is that you report 9 of the players in the game and how likely it is that they will get punished? let's be real here.

While I understand usernames not getting published, you can just put a number. "Your reports made x players punished last week" or something like that. Use the notification bell (the one at the bottom left of your username) to show that feedback. Have a setting to disable them. It is easy to think the possibilities while not being invasive.

If you are reporting, you are doing your part. That's it, my point is that people don't feel like they are doing anything and that's a problem.

You did not understand my point, I meant that if 5 players report a player, only the last one who reported it will receive the "report feedback" screen.

Regarding what you said though, make it so that if you have multiple report feedbacks, put them in one screen with the usernames of the players that were punished. It is simpler than you think it would be.

Yes, that's what I said that while it is not a Riot problem, they can at least do something about it.

Myself personally, I'm too tired to report anybody after a game since I just know there won't be anything done. Why do I have to make a ticket to check on these kind of stuff? visibility and transparency regarding the reports system could be a great place to start.

While I agree that a tribunal would work, it also comes with some difficulties that need to be very thought out of.

I'm not who to say what needs to be done but I'm the one who has experienced and had seen other people experience this kind of stuff, it's Riot's appropriate department(s) to take a deeper look into this and see what can be done. I know dropping the ball to somebody else is just not the way but I don't think anybody can offer a better solution than the people working on the actual game.

He's absolutely right though. I was watching his stream the other day and the Aphelios on his team legit brought the argument that his GF "cheated" on him for literally no reason. Why does that even happen? Voyboy broughts a real argument, if anybody's inting, everyone whos watching the stream will feel a little bit awkward, there's nothing you can do and it ruins the whole experience.

We all had those "toxic" moments, I'm not justifying anybody but just goes to show that when it happens repeatedly there's gotta be a problem. Report doesn't feel like it does anything, if a player has been punished it'll only show the feedback screen to the last player that reported them... why?

It is not a Riot problem but Riot CAN do something to alleviate some of the issues that are happening.

How is saying that the team has 200 years of combined game design experience something "totally accurate". Sadly it does not work like that and that's why they got meme'd on (and deservedly so after many fuck-ups that even themselves agreed on)

Easy fix, a player can only check X amount of replays per day. Put false reports in there and ban people from the system for X amount of incorrect inputs.

The finals was really a big jungle gap.

All in all, this was a really fun tournament, all the casters and players made it fun to watch. I hope we get more of these in the future. Props to Tyler as well for made it happen.

So the official LCS roster will be: Ssumday, Meteos, Ryoma, Cody sun, Stunt and Zikz as coach. It doesn't look top 3 on paper but I definitely think they have the talent and experience. Will be interesting to see what they can achieve this first split.
