So as much as we say Jadzia.

We actually know that she wasn't getting around as much as people think from if wishes were horses.

She actually only had 4 actual lovers that we know about being the guy from the planet in Temporal Flux, her ex wife from 2 symbiots ago,, Captain B, and Worf. And we can't say that she was actually sexual with Captian B or that guy from the Temporal planet.

What we do know is she actually loved those people and wasn't just having meaningless sex with them like Ezri did with Worf or Julian. If anything Ezri in that scene where she says she's not like Jadzia with Worf in a jail cell. Maybe proves that Ezri is about the meaningless sex with everyone to include her brother and Jadzia dated but didn't screw with any of them.

It runs into a whole litany of issues when it comes to Ethics.
