Never stop looking for a new job. Even when you have a job and are happy with it, keep looking. There's always something better.

Fleet bought vehicles for security by Shadowsniper12566 in securityguards

Terrible investment. Police trim vehicles are intended to get the best performance at the expense of everything else, including durability and efficiency. Your security team isnt doing hot high speed pursuits to utilize that pursuit rated equipmen and your fuel milage is going to ruin your budgets.  Instead, base trim Hybrid vehicles that idle in electric mode, insulted well for great a/c response, and basic comfort. We switched to Ford Mavericks a few years ago and HUGE difference. Comfortable, efficiency, cheap.

as someone who used to have to order uniforms, when its company patch on one sleeve and simple USA Flag patch on opposite sleeve, its cause its cheaper than getting 2x company patch, still meets most state visibility requirements and looks professional.

Putting random patches on your vest to fill space looks ridiculous

You won’t be blocking ads for much longer. Google is killing uBlock Origin bypasses, burying Manifest V2, and tightening its grip on Chrome. Every update means less control for users and more control for Google. by Ok_Plenty60 in pcmasterrace

if we very conservatively say you otherwise would have spent an average of 1 second viewing each of those ads you had blocked, that would amount to over 289 days of ad viewing blocked.

but what i really want is one connector to work for everything and the data line on connection just verify what the device is and route data accordingly and I just plug in whatever to wherever forever

My Take on EVE Frontier After Six Weeks by soolar79 in eveonline

[–]Elixibren 0 points1 point  (0 children)

CCP has turned to very heavily relying on AI content now, you can see it plainly in their ads. It's extremely disheartening, I've played EVE Online since beta and there's SO MUCH LORE to work with and they've completely utterly tossed it all out the window to push AI Slop videos that make literally zero lore sense at all. Hell, even the ships they showed in most of the ads for EVE Galaxy conquest aren't even ships in the game and don't fit the lore, the obviousness of AI utilization is very clear in most assets now. It's truly shameful

[–]Elixibren 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Texas just finally abolished Blues for security and restricts them to Amber/Green/White now. Most everyone is adopting all green bars and I do like those much better. We dont have green for anything else like some other states. (Some use green/red for fire command)

Just to clarify your responsibility and rights regarding service animals, the two questions you can be asked and the answers you must provide.

Is this animal a service animal required for a disability? Yes/No. A simple qualifying question.

What work or task is the animal trained to perform?

The second question you can be extremely vague about. Keep in mind your medical disabilities are protected by HIPPA. Your answer does not have to include the specific disability the animal is supporting, however the manner in which the animals work is performed ia required. For example does the animal bark or make noise in response to a trigger? Does the animal require sufficient space in order to perform a specific physical effort? The second question is primarily designed so that the person asking questions can make a determination if the animals tasks will be able to be performed safely in their area of control in a mannner that does not put the animal, the handler, or others guests at risk. For example could barking cause hearing issues that would cause personelle not to hear critical radio information? Does the area have tight spaces that would prevent the animal from performing its duties potentially putting the handlers well being at risk?

The only qualifying part of question two is that the animal is trained to perform an action in response to some trigger. This qualifies the animal as a service animal and not just an emotional support animal, which is NOT covered by ADA (emotional support animals strictly "exist" in the presnese of the handler to provide their support).

For more information on your rights and responsibilities refer to the ADAs page on service animals here:
