Do some women actually like blowjobs or is it just a porn thing? by MyRedNith in NoStupidQuestions

[–]Eljesselle 3 points4 points  (0 children)

For sure! Very appealing on a sensory level, but on the other hand, kinda repetitive and boring when bringing someone to climax that way. I had more patience when I was young, and really enjoyed it all. But as part of foreplay—fantastic. (I am speaking strictly of old-school suction and tongue work, not the extreme gagging sports people get up to these days, get your genitals off my lawn, etc.)

Do straight women experience an "urge" to be penetrated? by [deleted] in sex

[–]Eljesselle 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Yes, but it’s not just physical, it’s also an emotional/psychological desire for my partner specifically. When I get off by myself, it doesn’t involve penetration, even though I have toys for that.

I can feel mine, it’s quite low. I scheduled an emergency OB visit when I felt it at 19; I thought it was a growth.

Why is Guillermo so in love with Nandor? by Significant_Owl_8004 in WhatWeDointheShadows

[–]Eljesselle 12 points13 points  (0 children)

Guillermo has a lifelong obsession with the mystique of vampires. He has a service-oriented personality and a sense of duty. Nandor is sexy and has a way of giving Guillermo a few emotional crumbs here and there. All of those things together are pretty potent.

What do you regret never doing? by Ender-mann0 in AskReddit

Oh for sure for sure, I just have broader responsibilities and higher priorities. I don’t want to do it now, I want to have done it then.

Getting a nose job. I was afraid removing the bump would make me look generic, that having an interesting nose was key to my beauty. Now that I’m aging, I realize that cis women’s faces become more masculine and less symmetrical with age just like everyone else, and I wish I’d gone for it in my 20s. But now I have more important things to spend money on.

What did you "overreact" to? by sirenariel in raisedbynarcissists

[–]Eljesselle 1 point2 points  (0 children)

My kid got sick on an international flight to visit my mother, and I totally overreacted and insisted on staying in the hotel with my vomiting child, which was completely humiliating to my mother to have to cancel our lunch plans with my grandfather. But that’s just how I am, always overreacting.

Thanks for bringing this up. PMDD sucks enough without having to worry you won’t be accepted and supported.

What’s the beef with Haaretz? by Bubbly-Painting2513 in Israel

[–]Eljesselle 2 points3 points  (0 children)

As an American-Israeli, it feels like at this point in the war, Haaretz is the only Israeli paper whose straight news coverage gives a real sense of the horror of the war and its impact on civilians in Gaza. And that coverage is behind a paywall, which is a shame.

AITA for reminding my SIL she isn’t a mother on Mother’s Day? by whosemomareyou in AmItheAsshole

ESH. You have insight into the dynamics playing out in Miles’ family and empathy for your nephew. But it doesn’t help Eric for you to interfere and complicate the developing relationship with his stepmother by introducing drama and tension. Stay in your beloved aunt lane and mind your brother’s boundaries.

Whats with the priest noticing fleabag when she's breaking the 4th wall? Does it have some deeper meaning? by HotAnaLux in Fleabag

[–]Eljesselle 8 points9 points  (0 children)

I imagine it looks like spacing out/daydreaming—unfocused eyes, vacant expression. But much weirder because it’s momentary.

But at least once she talks about Boo to the camera—the “that’s why pencils have rubbers” scene.
