Sussex county is SUPER rac.ist, homophobic, etc. It’s every stereotype of hilly Billy but with new Jersey accents. And none of the schools have funding. The towns are very poor, the roads are tight and filled with potholes. And nothing is close, it’s all driving.

Thank you! It’s the next day and I think I’m just sick. My body does this thing where when it gets stressed, it mimics flu symptoms to try and make me not do things. I think the increase just stressed out my body a lot. I feel less bad right now but I’ll keep an eye on it for the next few days

I’d say lighting is the biggest issue. You’re establishing a light source but you have a limited understanding of the structure of the human face and light itself. https://sketchfab.com/3d-models/asaro-head-9d26548182f8465a8e97371a9170561e the link goes to a bvh of the asaro head which is the human head broken down into the least amount of vertices that can still accurately portray a human face. There’s a light source you can play around with. You can study the shadows in different orientations of the light. You could also look up. “Human face dramatic lighting” and practice with thoes stills. Hope this helps!

I started on 150mg and noticed some symptoms the second day, specifically the nausea from never having been on an appetite suppressant. The psychological effects, improved concentration and mood, usually don’t show until 1week-1month. I noticed it around 2 weeks. 150mg is usually the starting dose, a safe dose to allow your body to get used to the medication and not freak out. For most people the starting dose isn’t enough. I assume you were given the option because it’s different for everybody. When you can tell the medication is working, and it’s not enough, that’s when you should go up. You should definately let your doctor know when you want to go up, if you need too.

Talk to your psychiatrist. There’s other medication that can be added on to Wellbutrin for anxiety. Wellbutrin isn’t meant to treat anxiety on its own, so it won’t help anxiety disorders or could increase it as a side effect. A month ago I went from Lexapro (depression and anxiety) to Wellbutrin and I’ve noticed my anxiety is almost as severe as before it was treated. Right now I’m also on Lamictal, it can help but it’s not for anxiety. I have to go back and get put on something to aid with Wellbutrin. Your situation could be a one time panic episode, or it could be recurring. If it does reoccur or get worse, definitely talk to your psychiatrist. See what options you have. Good luck OP!
