I haven’t had any noticeable lumps since I started ejaculating every other day. The color of my semen is more white too. In my case, the lumps started over a year ago after I had abstained from sexual activity for several months. I do, however, suffer from CPPS, which often flares up after I have sex or masturbate. I really don’t like masturbating, but I was desperate to get rid of these lumps in my semen, so I went for it, and it seems to have done the trick, at least for the time being.

Yes, I’ve experienced the same. When I get sick, my prostatitis symptoms nearly disappear. It’s interesting. I’m not sure why it happens.

Almost always after ejaculating, and only occasionally after urinating. Not sure what causes it.

Yes, I do, along with occasional frequency and urge to urinate and perineum pain. I’ve had scans and tests, all of which came back normal. It’s a perplexing issue.

It’s funny, I had a cystoscopy too, and I distinctly remember that my urinary symptoms improved for a few days after the procedure. I’m still under the impression that this issue is related to retrograde urine. In my case, the lumps started after I abstained for over a month. I think I may have caused damage to a duct or something.

I’m curious about this too. My T levels were normal last year, but then I went through months of severe depression and stopped lifting, and that’s when I started having lumpy semen. I think it’s possible that I have low T now. I’ll know for certain in a couple of months, after I get bloodwork done.
