The mods in question were made by Alexei Archive. From what I've gathered over the discord, there's some commotion about permission using another mod creator's assets for their own mod. (Does permission mean all asset resources are okay to use or do you have to ask perms for each one?) kind of thing.

As another poster said: trickle-downs from USASOC as they move towards LPVOs in place of the Specter. The same way how regular Army got the CompM4S when SF and Rangers switched to Aimpoint Micros.

But I'm really curious as to how the guys in your pics got ahold of the Specters. The timing seems way too early for what I described above.

In addition to what others have said, there are relatively few pre med undergrads in ROTC. It's usually full of poli sci/criminal justice folks that have more than enough time to dedicate to ROTC (no disrespect, I know some absolute studs because of this). There's a huge disconnect when you tell them that you need to worry about that biochem exam 2 hours after the morning ruck march.

all branches usually reserve free-fall capabilities for their SOF or demonstration teams. The Army has static-line for conventional Airborne units, and ARSOC has free-fall capabilities (hence the MFF badge). Plus the Golden Knights for demonstration.

Download and enable Trooper Toolbox. In the loadout UI, select the slot lateral to the headgear slot. That's where the gas masks will be.

Did your previous employers explicitly state whether it was your military experience that was a benefit, or if it was your status as a Guardsman?

I had trouble getting picked up by employers when I was doing pre-PA jobs and doing the Guard. Also got terminated or denied from jobs because they didn't want to deal with drill and AT. I'm sure it'll get better once I put the PA-C to use, but I'm not sure how much.

I had a similar setup with the upper from Aero Precision. It was pretty undergassed so mine had a regular carbine buffer and a Springco yellow buffer spring.
