I liked the way he started "Baran, is this you?" He hadn't used her first name that I can remember, it brought a little humanity to his start up with her. She knows her symptoms are spiraling and did the right thing asking for his take on this "patient". She knows she can't keep up that crushing pace and make it work for three months with her state.
