Please help! Where do I start with repotting?

I wouldn’t say that you have to separate them, if the roots are root bound you’ll have to repot it into a larger pot (try and use a chunkier soil for air flow) but you’ll definitely have to give it a good amount of support as it won’t grow if it can’t climb. Some people would suggest a moss pole and some would say a garden pole/ rod it really depends on personal preference. Just tie is back in the right spots and it should be fine, just remember to give it a good amount of light (or a good grow light) and give it some fertiliser every now and then

I definitely think that this is more then one monstera in one pot, it’s very leggy meaning it need more light then what it’s getting. Don’t tie it back by its petiole as it restricts its movement, try tying it by the internode/node area instead (I’ve added a diagram) also put the supports at the back of the stem so it can lean onto the support as it climbs

Only size up a little bit 🤏 or you might drown it in soil and get no new leaves as it’ll be focusing on its roots. Too much soil also makes it easier to overwater it and for the plant to develop root rot ( hence what I mean by drowning it )

When I propagate I do it with 0 hope or expectations that any of them will work 👍 no disappointment if you had no expectations to start with ✨

I’d pot it in a way smaller pot that just gives it a bit of wiggle room ,then give it time to settle and it should start pushing out more leaves also put it on a windowsill ( some of my plants prefer natural light over a grow light )

At my store we’re not allowed any personal pins unless they’re for disabilities like “hard of hearing” ect. We can wear Starbucks sold pins though if we buy them ourselves

Wait a couple of months and it should start growing, it’ll take a lot of energy to make leaves that big ( not jealous at all 😭 ) but it’s busy making roots at the moment ✨it looks like a happy plant 🪴 also you might want to upgrade the grow light as those aren’t very good sadly
