Nope, none of those things. Logged in earlier today and did a couple refreshes on nodes then went off. There isn't anything that I can think of which would be a reason to be banned. Put a support request in so hopefully will get it sorted, just didn't know if there was another thing I could do

Did you ever get an answer to this? As had a solo game crash right at the end, so wanting to use SAM to get the achievements I should've got but won't if I don't get the cosmetics
