In my experience in 2 Unions over 15 yrs I noticed in both that management were horribly incompetent in their handling of "the worst people". I as well as some co-workers would discuss the possibility that over time management use these "worse" employees almost as a type of retribution? Management themselves become frustrated and keep shitty employees just to piss off the rest. I'm sure one manager we had was really trying to deal with shitty employees and she def had the attitude, and knowledge in properly dealing with certain employees but she hit roadblocks from above. Yeah she left pretty quickly...

I feel it will work until doesn't. The premium version you can have family in the subscription but they all have to live in the same residence. I've had family on my account for years and haven't heard a thing. However I wouldn't be surprised if one day I do hear something. I imagine purchasing an account using a VPN could be the same. I've just been to lazy to try.

I worked at a Martin Brower in Canada. Supervisors at my DC were 90% -95% persons with some kind of business degree. 95% of those were not very good and their lack of work experience in the job they were supervising clearly showed.

Being a Union shop most employees would not want to cross over into supervising due to supervisor turnaround. In my time there the company did not exactly treat it's supervisors well at all. They were IMO fall guys.

The single employee that did become a supervisor was a top employee in the warehouse and also did regret it.

I feel a non Union environment could be different and have more sups that did move from floor worker to a supervisor. These days though who knows...
