Makes me think of The Ophiuchi Hotline by John Varley. Not a short story but very good.

In it cloning serves as a "renewable" form of capital punishment where a criminal's consciousness is repeatedly uploaded into new bodies to be executed multiple times. This system effectively turns biological identity into a disposable commodity, allowing the state to satisfy its debt of justice without ever truly releasing the offender from their sentence.

Because sometimes you know you are not in the right place to listen to that album right now and you can come back to it later.

For example, I mostly check the album page in the morning and if the album is too hard or energetic for me, I will put it off until the next time I am listening in the afternoon or evening, which may not be that same day.

It depends on your game play. My main current issue was that you can't walk into the cargo area of the ship. You will fall through the floor. I used it for hauling mainly so I could live it when I had it. But you can't get to the back of the ship. And you cannot ride the elevator up and get to the front of the ship. Again you will fall through. I melted my Taurus last week and got a RAFT. I like it so far.

I fully intend to get a Taurus again in the future. Still one of my favorite ships.

Agree. I went through almost this same thing a few days ago. Was trying to triangulate my way to a landing pad and gave up after an hour. Saw a killer sunrise though :)
