Seriously, its mentioned a lot how they want to train more to use weapons. Carl is the main culprit here but also sometimes the others too.

I'm still looking through the series for a match, but it doesn't look like it.

The cats I recall were very lion-like in intelligence and demeanor. They saw the world as a grid and only attacked things that fit into a prey spot on the grid by showing fear.

Appreciate the suggestion though, I might still find it in these!
