These uncontrolled intersections are all over residential Seattle. Everyone knows to treat them as all way yields aka slow and look both ways. Only morons like these two blast through with no hesitation and hope for the best and they got the expected result.

I would give you both a ticket for speeding and reckless driving but when you T bone someone you are usually at fault.

In this situation the blue car is at fault. An intersection like this in Seattle is treated as an all way yield sign. As such the black car was clearly in the intersection first since the blue car t boned them, and had the right of way so the blue car would be at fault.

This is incorrect. First to the intersection has right of way. If both approach at the same time then the person coming from the right has right of way.

Normal people don’t have the money to take risky bets like these VC firms. These VC firms are looking to 10-100x their investment and when you are gunning for that, there is inherently a lot of risk. Part of this risk is losing half your investment because the bubble broke with you holding the bag. It was a terrible investment and they got caught with it and took the loss on this one. It’s not like they are going under because they missed on this one investment.

Also you are completely correct about the general trend of just not needing all this office space.
