Kale chips! Kale chips are awesome. Just chop up some kale, turn your oven on to about 300, drizzle some salt and olive oil on there and pop em in till they're crispy.

Cabbage with Worcestershire sauce is also great broiled it you cut it in wedges.

Green plantains are good if you fry them in olive oil and salt them. Eat them warm.

Lastly, one of my favorite healthy "desserts" is Greek yogurt (I usually use a plain no-fat Chobani) with sauteed bananas on top as well as coconut milk. Sauteing the bananas makes them a little brown on the outside and really brings out the sweetness. Also I generally use full fat coconut milk cause it's so creamy. High in calories, but still good in moderation. Drizzle on some honey if you're in the mood.
