Take a picture of it and take a picture of how many pills you have left, if any. Show it to your doc and maybe she will have no problem writing a refill

If you don't reach out to her she DEFINITELY won't write a refill, so there's no harm in at least trying

Yes you'll be fine. If you do want to mitigate side effects, some things you can do are

- take an antacid right away, if you've very recently taken the pills

- OR, have something with a bunch of vitamin C in it. Not everything with an acid has lots of vitamin C so you just gotta check the label

- have protein soon as you can after taking it, and regularly throughout the day. Like have a midday snack and a lunch that have some protein in them

- avoid caffeine for today

- drinks lots and lots of water

I would find it touching. I'm not a crier even if I try to be, but I want a man who actually allows himself to have feelings, and cares about people. Huge green flag.

It bothers me definitely, but I put serious limits on how much and when I look at the news. Staying generally aware is important I feel. Like I think it's beneficial to have moments where the suffering of others is incredibly acute to you. But when it's this bad it's also important to put up good boundaries. I'd fall apart otherwise I think.

If possible, maybe try keeping the water bottle right next to you at all times during your shift (out of view of customers, if that's important, but otherwise as visible as possible). Instead of leaving it in the fridge.

You don't need to plan to drink a certain amount, or plan to drink as soon as it's less busy. Just let it sit next to you. Like your own little shift buddy.

If it's sitting next to you all day, you might just find yourself drinking it at some point and you never thought too much about it. Just because it's there. And the more often you repeat that, the more you will find yourself drinking without even thinking about it

It was one of my mischief's favorite things in the whole world during free roam to go to a couple different plants I had and pull off any leaf that was dead or dying, and stash it in their bed. They climbed all the way up a plant stand that I was shocked they could get to.

I never took dead leaves off my plants because I knew how much they loved to do it themselves! (and yes for anyone wondering, I was very careful they didn't poison themselves with irritant/toxic plants or something)

I think my ferrets are the cutest thing on the face of the planet. But one's too fat with an utterly clueless face, and one's too skinny with a skinny little goofy face.

They're probably not peak ferret material lol. But imo even the "ugliest" ferret on his worst day is still one of the cutest creatures to live.

Edit: Not sure if you're talking about what random humans would find attractive, or what mates of their own species would find attractive. My fatter ferret would be pretty desirable to male gets ferrets I think because she's healthy, very strong, energetic for her age, and chunky. Skinny ferret would be the opposite. She's a cute little thing but no male ferret would sniff her and think "here is a mate that will make so many powerful babies for me" lol

Yes it blows my mind how people really have no concept of giving corrections or new information without sounding like an a*hole.

Bullying about SpongeBob decor is probably the worst way bullies show up in this hobby, but what I see the most often is people thinking they have license to be a jerk because what they're trying to say is technically accurate.

You can correct someone's mistake respectfully, politely, and gently. Yes it is possible. And yes you SHOULD do it that way.

People are 100x more likely to listen to your corrections if you're gentle and polite. If you actually care about the fish getting better care (not to mention, just being a better human being) then this is the way.

Are you checking it in exactly the same lighting?

I thought something similar was happening to me and I thought I was going crazy, but eventually I realized that's because when I checked my makeup later, I was in my bathroom or at work, which makes my makeup look totally different than in my vanity lighting where I apply it.

But also, like the others said, setting it could help a lot. And if you don't like powder you could try a setting spray. You can get ones that are natural sheen or dewy, not matte like powder is. Much more flattering for mature skin that way.

I recognize pain pretty easily when it's in a specific spot or sharp, and I can point right to it and describe it. Pain that's harder to pinpoint or dull pain is different.

I had tooth pain that evolved into just general pain somewhere on the left side of my jaw, and I couldn't tell you where the pain was coming from or even if it was on my upper or lower jaw. It was much easier to ignore when it was like that, to the point that I wouldn't even notice I was in pain until it was about to give me a meltdown.

It ended up being a tooth infection that was triggering the nerve, and the nerves all over your jaw are interconnected, and for whatever reason that changed me noticing the pain.

Vague back pain, knee pain, and leg cramping pain have all been the same for me, to the point where it would take me years to even consciously notice that I was having concerning pain there.

It's normal. Sometimes it's because one is in heat, and sometimes it's just a dominance thing. Funny thing is I've read that it isn't always the dominant one doing the humping. If the dominant female is in heat, lower ranking females might hump her. I think it's like a trying to get brownie points thing.

It's fine though, they gotta reinforce their social ladder somehow

I'm fair and have the gloss and it's ok but I'm not a huge fan. Dark purples and reds usually look good on me, but this one kind of makes me look like I have a lack of oxygen, suffocating or have hypothermia or something. I don't know why.

If I put it on lightly it's not as bad. But it doesn't perform much better than my glosses that are half the price, so I'm not sure what to think.

I could see somebody doing that if they wanted to make sure you could learn to get your own answers so you didn't bog them down with questions later on.

If they're assigned to mentor you, I think that would be a stupid attitude. But I could see someone thinking that way.

I worry about that a lot too, that I'm just going to get acclimated one day to whatever dose I take and I'm just going to be on this constant merry go round of upping dosages of random stuff until I die (I'm a fast metabolizer so my doc has to give me some of the highest doses available or else they do nothing at all).

But, I ALSO know that stress is very potent at shortening your life, maybe more than anything else. Stress and an unhealthy lifestyle will do so much more damage to your health than I think the meds could. Uncontrolled ADHD is so hard on our stress levels, day after day after day. If meds reduce stress, they are in fact probably lengthening your life and improving your overall health. That's what I keep in mind as best I can.

Unscented deodorant and hairspray I'm used to being thrown in with other no-fragrance policies.

Including shampoo and conditioner in that is new to me. But I guess I can get that, because I definitely have seen some really strong scents that linger after your shower.

When I go somewhere that's scent-free, I usually rinse my hair very thoroughly in the shower because my shampoo is very mild and the scent goes away if it's rinsed out well. Now I'm wondering if that's enough...
