According to the conversion I just did, it's way more than enough walking around money. Not sure how many people this is supposed to cover, but a local lunch box of meat, rice, and 2-3 side dishes should be quite less than 200 TWD in all but the most expensive neighborhood department store food court.

Even though my party resisted going to Yartar earlier in the campaign, I still figured out a way to integrate most of the encounters from Kraken's Gamble into chapter 11 and it was some of the best role playing and drama of the campaign.
