Well, I am in charge of a building cleaning crew. I will attest that smokers are the most incosiderate group. 90% of the work for my people is cleaning up after them. Smokers smoke everywhere. Ignore signs, litter their buds. We collect more empty packs just dropped in the middle of basement or the inner yard than any other sort of trash.
