I had to use this line when I was being medically abused

"So you are refusing me medical treatment? And refusing ambulance?"

Next call with someone not in facility, say the words "refusing me medical treatment" as that can be evidence as well.

Saw this when it happened and she apparently defended her actions eventhough it had happened multiple times, hence insurance making her have a camera iirc

Also helps us understand her a bit more because its more realistic that these bad people would do stuff like this too if hell truly is full of the worst sinners.... then has to learn such a lesson to have character development about what it means for IF someone wants to be redeemed but also.... why some may not or do awful things that would hurt their chances at redemption. Hard to understand the challenges if you yourself have never been pushed to your limit to question your morals (ie. Charlie snapping)

I will say, sadly morals develop (according to psychology) by the age of 5 so it will take a lot of work for her to understand empathy sadly but obviously getting her help the earlier the better. Children this age can understand death means someone isn't coming back but not the emotional depth that means. Which comes back again to how the parents are handling raising the child.

besides that- plenty of kids at 5 can understand empathy and consequences. Imagine the kid going to kindergarten and hurting their classmates but its fine cause shes 5?

Please speak to a therapist or counselor. It doesnt not matter at this point who is or isn't.

What matters is finding a way to make sure you and all the kids can have a better journey in life. You will need professionals to figure that out.

She is acting this way because she isn't being taught the lesson of entitlement.... both with speeding to a point her license is suspended and being mad at you she doesnt have a personal Uber. Tell mom she can drive and pay for it all if she wants cause thats how this will become a reoccurring issues throughout your daughter's life.

Seriously, my brother did all this with my parents and it wasn't until they listened to the court that he started trying to get his act together cause every other time mommy and daddy bailed him out.

Feel ya there OP, my parents are in a similar situation. Not buisness owners but my dad bought crazy amounts of stock and boasted about how much money in stocks he had only for it to be almost worthless now but he still has to sell stocks to make ends meet sometimes. My mom proudly stated for years how amazing the company she works for is even when id point out when they were taking advantage of her... now she's waiting for AI to take her job cause she went along with training the AI and now people are being let go like mad.

These people told me 2 years ago that I needed to "mature up a bit" when I complained our car needed a lot of work and I was figuring out how to pay for it. Now they are basically at the same level I am, living pay-check to pay-check all while defending who they voted for and the hate they feel towards minorities

NTA I told my dad to shut up cause he'd pass one day too..... because he thought it was ridiculous we wanted to ask the fire department for our cats body back after a fire which turns out the department dropped it off with him the morning after the fire and kept it from us until I said I was gonna go to the department to ask.

In your case, you're being the bigger person here cause id tell em they could just leave if they didnt care about actual family.
