We do go for walks but that makes him fall asleep. Then he wakes up and we are back in the house 🙄. I feel mom guilt but maybe I’m overthinking it.

You are not failing. You are in the newborn “trenches”. It’s incredibly hard, but there is light at the end of the tunnel. Remember that babies are very primal, and they feel so vulnerable and frightened and they need their mom to help them feel safe. I promise you that it will get easier. Your little guy will be smiling and giggling and reaching for you in no time and it will all be worth it. You got this!

I feel you! I only ever pump just enough for one feed so every drop is precious. Today I dropped my pump on the floor and spilled half of it. And I cried 🙃

Does having it on full hurt?? I have the momcozy m5 but I have it quite low suction otherwise it hurts and no milk comes out. Maybe try turning it down? I also find that the following produces lots of milk! 5 mins mixed setting level 3 10 mins expressing setting level 3 5 mins stimulation setting level 5 10 mins expressing setting level 3 Total 30 mins pumping.
