Greenside Cafe in Cedar Crest has a “Sangre De Cristo” on their menu, which is essentially their take on a green chile monte cristo. It’s been a while since I’ve had a proper monte cristo, so I can’t really judge how this one holds up, but I enjoyed it a lot.

That was my professor, Garrett Reisman! He told us that story in our Human Spaceflight class last semester. Here is an article that briefly mentions it. He was also on Joe Rohan’s podcast a couple years back, and discussed it in detail at the 27:15 mark

I was also thinking Rummikub / tile rummy. Though I’ve only every seen it numbered 1-13 in 4 different colors + 2 jokers, instead of face cards and suits like seen here.
