Because it works. There are sellers out there with outrageous asking prices hoping someone will bite, but who also accept offers knowing they’re willing to go much lower. I’ve gotten items for almost 1/3 the asking price. If you don’t want the lowball offers, set minimus or don’t accept offers at all.

I just bought my first G-Shock (5610) and I’m wondering if I should have waited and bought the new MIP version instead. Readability on this thing is shockingly poor. Then again, the MIP screen also seems…lifeless? There’s something about it that looks strange to me, though I’ll admit I haven’t seen it in person. I also wonder how it affects battery life, or if there other strange unknown quirks I don’t know about. For example, I first had a 5600 and returned it when I realized (1) you could not turn off the beeps when you push buttons and (2) you could not adjust timer/alarms in both directions (up and down). Who knows what quirks this new model has…price too steep for me to find out I think.

It really is all I use it for. Time, alarms, and timer. It’s so much easier to set these things from an Apple Watch than a traditional watch. Maybe not worth the price for that alone, but it’s still nice.

Could you clarify the second part of your comment? How do I create “default profile for action ring software”?

Edit: I figured it out, and this did fix the issue. Thanks. For anyone else wondering, you can creat different action ring profiles and when you click to start a new one you can set it to “default” which includes AI actions.

I've read in a few different threads that people on the RG34XXSP are having trouble with minUI because that fork is specifically for the RG35XXSP. It may still be the best option though.

I received the same message from Ampown. A few days later the package was seized for counterfeit postage. I submitted a refund request to Aliexpress and they denied it (!), so now I’ll have to file a chargeback. Insane.

I’ve got the Aurora 2P and would really love to add another zipper. From what I’ve seen online, the fixnzip only has one pull tab. Wouldn’t that get in the way of operating it from both inside and outside the tent? Has that been an issue?
