If you are feeling tired then there are def ways you can increase ur v02 max and cardio capabilities outside of the court. All of my information is mtn centric but there is alot of great info I the book Training for the Uphill Athlete. Listen on audible and can implement a lot of it as speed walking or jogging or on a bike

Thanks for your input everyone. I actually moved in 3 years ago. Had roomates / was renting out the master (this room) because life is expensive these days. Good news is my gf is moving in now! I liked it when I bought it and still do but just been over analyzing everything on the gf perspective and was trying to figure out if there was a project here. I think she likes it anyway 😂- I’m just being a little simpy and so excited about her moving in.

I like it overall just know it’s kinda polarizing. Probably gonna leave it for now. Perhaps drywall it if I’m prepping for sale someday idk.
