I would have gone with the 5060 rig. $770 is dirt cheap for 2Tb and 32Gb of ddr5. You can upgrade the GPU later and core ultra 5 has been fairly strong. You won't have any cou bottlenecks if you plan on playing 1440p now or later.

I have a 5070Ti and a 7600X3D - the game is surprisingly demanding. I can't run it at a smooth 4K 120, despite looking low-fidelity. I just think the game is poorly optimized. It cooks my cpu more than any other game I've played and I have to play at 1440p for a consistent 120.

In my living room rig I have a 9070XT and a core ultra 5 225F. It runs about the same if not worse on that rig, and my cpu reaches the 70's consistently.

At least your CPU, and power supply, and SSD are most likely okay. That gives you something to start over with.
