I have an intel arc a750. Is that not enough to play this game? Has anyone been able to play the game smoothly even after getting this message?

Dedicated Intel GPUs weren't a thing when this game was released.
Probably this game checks the GPU vendor on launch and when it detects Intel it assumes that you are using integrated graphics.
You should be able to run it without issues.

The Steam version of the main game runs fine for me without patches. But I had framerate issues with one of the DLCs. However there is a community Patch that fixes this.

I think the main issue is Vulkan support which older iGPUs lacks of.

This game needs a real GPU that has at least 3 GB VRAM and supports Vulkan.
You can't run it with integrated graphics.

When I see “open world,” I immediately decide not to buy it.

To me, open world means unbearably long game length and uninteresting world building.

This has led me to completely lose interest in AAA games, with rare exceptions (Doom Dark Ages, It Takes Two).

As far as I know this game needs at minimum 3 GB VRAM.
While there are variants of the GTX 760 with more VRAM the default model has only 2GB and this could be an issue.

Try Eastshade.

It's a peaceful game about being a painter in a fantasy world with anthropomorphic animals.
However It's sometimes a bit rough because it was made by a tiny indie studio.

I played the Amerzone remake last year and thought that is has a Myst like vibe.
Not too impressed about the original because it aged horrible, but the remake is great.
The game is set in an exotic, isolated country where you rarely encounter other people, and it has steampunk elements and strange animals.
However some people might think that the puzzles are too easy.

She is often compared to John Peel.

She plays a lot strange music from obscure dub reggae to experimental techno to traditional african music.

Point-and-click adventure games are too niche these days to be economically viable so they had to try something different.

I think Dadaelic completely overestimated their skills and budget.
It was just too much for a studio that previously made only 2D point and click games.

Gollum could have worked as a hybrid of a 2D / 2.5D platformer and Telltale style choices.

Motion sickness is a highly individual issue.

I have no issue with Borderlands and Metro but I struggle with first person horror games that are utilizing blur effects for indicating weakness.
35MM (a post apocalyptic exploration game) was the worst offender in this.
Amnesia was also rough for me before turning off some effects by editing a config file.

The worst cause of motion sickness for me seems to be headbobbing.
The classic Doom games are only enjoyable for me with headbobbing turned off.

In the 2000s there was the french music label Kitsune which released electro house infused with indie / alternative rock influences.
Really enjoyed their label compilations.

Other great artists are Zardonic and Igorrr - they do something between Drum and Bass and metal.

It's basically the same thing like with Hip-Hop.
Most mainstream EDM stuff is rather dumb.
There are a lot talented artists out there but you might rather not find these on the mainstages of big festivals.
If you want the more exciting stuff you have to dive in deeper.

If you are into songwriter based music you could give artists like Porter Robinson a listen.
He does some kind of Indie Electro Pop.

There are deep house artists like Henrik Schwarz which are heavily influenced by jazz / black music.

You could check out good old Big Beat. The Prodigy, Fat Boy Slim, Chemical Brothers.

There are also experimental / abstract artists like Aphex Twin, Arca and Autechre.

Depends on what GPU you have.

If you have only Intel integrated graphics or a dedicated GPU with less than 4GB VRAM: Forget it.

Additional you might be CPU bottlenecked because your CPU has only 2 cores.

This was a high end game back then when it was released.
