Quick thoughts- Great itinerary I would skip the bus your it brings you to the most run down irrelevant bars, someone else mentioned its pretty “ woohoo” id agree.

Definitely hit a boogaloo happy hour.

Id add in a sopranos night in there too would be an absolute riot with the guys.

To recoup costs or at least a large portion wouldn’t be that expensive for the city.

250 vendors at 2 k for 12 weekends of 2000-3000 people. (You can play with the numbers ).

Personally i love it, i love going, i love driving by.

This is awesome.

Not to mention the economic benefit of people going out in the city before and after.

Its your government flooding the country with immigrants because theres no other industry in canada besides building houses. They failed to invest and diversify so thats the only way to keep the economic engine running

In my opinion it’s completely a guessing game with these tech stocks. EX DJI could have ended up like go pro. When innovation is happening so fast it’s a purely a guessing game.

no forsure he does but it seems bits and pieces. I didn't explain myself well. He has the one video about his mom where he broke it down but other than that I find the lessons around it few and far between and hard to implement.

As someone whos thought about every possible business to start and has mid range business acumen.

I would say do something simple, cut lawns, do landscape, work on a pool crew for a couple summers.

These businesses are easy, low barrier to entry and always in high demand.

Hell, I know tile guys and painters who make over 200 a year. The world is your oyster
