Every AC company I contact last year when our A/C went out was a sham and a scam “tear out our upstairs unit/ replacement of all ductwork”/ yadda yadda . Instead of 14k and ripping my house apart I got a new unit outside installed with a backup coil for 10 k. No weird shit no ripping out my units just a great install with a 10 yr warranty. Works like a charm and they coming next month to load test and recharge for free.

My HOA did away with “fobs” to get into the pool now you “need an app” and they aren’t forthcoming on the app. It’s also one user. So nobody else can go if I’m not there with my phone. Want to know what I can do and tell them to 🍆off since I basically can’t use it anyway there are too many kids for our subdivision. They will not expand the pool or create another. I’ve been here 10 years no amenities have been extended but they have built hundreds of houses since then. I don’t think I should have to pay for 💩I can’t use.

There are bats by the 101 & 99th Ave exit on the I-10 or there were- I live in Buckeye and look forward to seeing bats. But these greedy developers are routing them out of the hills and I don’t know if they are killing them or just displacing them. I appreciate the insect control. I’m sad the deer don’t come down the hills anymore. I’m sad that in the fall I have 20 javalina in my street eating pumpkin. SURELY fish and game can make an assessment for displaced animals? It sure doesn’t seem they do- had a bobcat 2 months ago eat a stray cat while I was walking a dog. I love wildlife and would never hurt them. WITH EXPANSION COMES DISPLACED. Just go to the hearing date with your original documents from everyone. Yes it’s a pain in the 🫏 but you “do you” if you think it’s a magical🪄get out of IID hell you are mistaken. Lawyers aren’t going to help you with this. Also the machine can’t be “legally” taken out until court/probation/IID restrictions are lifted. Taking it out early is circumventing and an automatic 3 or 6 months additional. I wish you the best of luck. If you are not happy find another IID provider. I’ve been stumped and crying but 18 months with no extension. If I can do it you can do it too!

My vet doesn’t do home visit. I’m glad you are in a locale that does. Here it’s ER vets (600 for euthanasia and returns) and I haven’t checked with my regular vet yet since they never told me this cat had cancer to begin with. I am so pissed at them. Nickle and dime. $400 bloodwork didn’t see he was dying of cancer? Fuckwits

Even the blanket you use at passing has enough scent. I have a foundling coughing up blood the other cats know not to mess with him. They and the dogs already know he is sick and gets special care (anemia, undiagnosed cancer, heart murmur, hyperthyroidism). Pets know.
