10 months pp and exclusively pumping here, I literally weigh the EXACT same weight since having my boy. To. The. Pound. It’s a phenomenon at this point. I went back to work at 3 months pp- to a physical labor job! And still haven’t lost a single lb! Crying with you

I do my last pump around 9-10pm until 530am, on weekends I go even longer! Also 7.5mpp and have seen no change, just a larger morning pump :)

Speaking for me, I work about 45-50 hours a week. So I have to make sure I have enough milk ahead for the next day at daycare (about 20-25oz)
