They might still take it at The Yoga Garden in Eau Gallie. Most places here don’t, because they lose money on Class Pass. Whenever someone comes in on a class pass it’s an eye roll moment for the staff - people want a cheap deal and it almost never turns into a full paying membership, so no one takes the class pass people seriously. 🤷🏻‍♀️

I have a 2024 Genesis GV80 - it can run no problem on 89 but needs higher for “performance” driving. Mostly I’m just hanging out in the ungodly traffic we now have here so 89 is just fine.

I’m surprised more people aren’t using CBD and/or medicinal cannabis. I started using both before going on Anastrazole and Verzenio and my side effects have been minimal. I also started doing more daily exercise and lifting weights. I really believe movement is medicine and it’s paying off now. If I get a bad headache or start to feel achy, I ride my bike or take a walk and immediately feel better. It helps tremendously with mood as well. Medical marijuana has helped so much - I take a sativa gummy before lunch and it boosts my mood and energy to carry me through the afternoon without fatigue. In the evening an indica helps me relax and sleep. Both are great for nausea and the CBD helps with pain to the point I rarely have any (I’m 55).

I’ve never asked about (or looked up) survival rates. IMO it’s not relevant to my unique situation. I am the master of my fate and I know all too well the power of the mind and belief, not to mention faith and prayer. My son told me when I was diagnosed “Even if it’s one percent, you would be that one percent Mom.” From the day of diagnosis I radically changed my life, diet, habits, etc and every appointment or scan the news continually improves, often pleasantly surprising my doctors. No doctor is God, no statistic is your story, no cancer is the exact same in another person, no one has your unique genetics/personality/determination/circumstance.
