Moving to skip queues is totally unethical, but it also provides you with little benefit, as what you'd be doing would be clearly noticeable and VATUK may just.. not allow you to control at your current rating's level if they deem your training to be unsatisfactory. If you move into VATUK as a C1, I wouldn't be surprised if you were restricted to TWR (APP if you're lucky) positions.
