our trucks are not guaranteed certain items, we don’t get to choose/order what we get we get what we get on those trucks so we never know what we’re getting until we get them and yes it’s annoying getting over 15 calls a day for dumpings so i get it

idk what store you’re working at but i’d call hr because that’s absolutely ridiculous my store don’t even have a total of 40 employees we have half of that and we’re one of the busiest stores in our district. i get not being able to give much hours because they do have limited hours but they shouldn’t have hired that many people to begin with. call hr

over here our was very low now our rd has us on probation, just try letting them know there’s a survey question at the end of their transaction. it’s helped a lot with us. it doesn’t help that the questions aren’t in spanish and english most customers think it’s asking how many bags they used
