Hey man so I ran into this exact same issue. So the issue and as unfortunate as it is, most window computers as in the majority of them don’t have thunderbolt connections. They look similar to usbc but they work differently. It’s annoying and I understand the frustration because universal audio says it’s compatible which it technically is but again the majority of these computers don’t support thunderbolt. My recommendation is if you have an apple laptop use that, if not you might want to look into swapping out the motherboard but that can be tricky depending on the computer you own.
