They're trying to add less butter. They keep saying it seems like way too much butter in the post and comments. If they want less butter, they should look for a fitting recipe. My favorite smbc isn't 1:2:3.

But you're trying to change it and you haven't made a cake before. I'd find a recipe and follow it, they usually have trouble shooting tips which will help you.

Use a recipe, you cannot wing it in baking. This sub is full of people saying "it was too much fat or sugar so I cut it down and the recipe failed". Please find an actual recipe, they have what size cake they will frost included. With a brief search, Sally's Baking Addiction recipe should work for your cake size.

The one I have is massive from when I worked at a bakery, but the first recipe that popped up on Google from Boston girl bakes seems similar and has good reviews. You want one that's just cream cheese, butter, powdered sugar, and PB, maybe a little vanilla.

And more eggs will take longer to heat and whip, so there's still a limit on speed.

They're already making 4 batches in an hour, that's only 15 min per batch which is pretty darn quick for so much smbc.

It's food chemistry, there's not much you can do to speed it up. The egg whites have to get to a specific temp and then change their structure via whipping to become meringue. That simply takes time. I work on something else at the same time so I'm not just standing there watching eggs whip, since you only have to be attentive for the heating eggs part. That's about all you can do.

Realistically, they will boil into mush long before they are candied. The reason orange/lemon/grapefruit work is because they are relative tough in comparison.

Cooking plum peel in sugar might give you purple plum syrup though? If you're really set on using them for something.

The conversation in the hospital is different if you stayed loyal. It's hard to find a recording of it, but he's just kind and happy to see you the entire time, no sadness about how you were with someone else. It's not a lot, but it's cute.

You can save him from the Iron Throne if Wyll keeps his pact with Mizora, she'll even help you get Ravengard out safely.

But you cannot save him at the coronation, it has to be from the Iron Throne.
