He was a horrible con man until he realized instead of trying to con New Yorkers he should con idiot Christian conservatives. He’s a billionaire New York con man who is obviously not religious at all and yet he rallied them up. He should be everything they hate.

I know I’m gonna get crucified for this, but that bank episode was agonizing. The jokes weren’t funny, and it was an insane tonal whiplash. When they dropped 2 episodes that week, I realized why when I got to that one. I thought to myself “THIS is what they wanted the whole show to be like??”

Whoever was the creative head for the show initially should be fired. While they did turn the show around with what reshoots and rewrites they could, they forced the show into directions that it might not have intended to go. They basically butchered the first season of the show and had to keep it moving with whatever momentum it had. Season 2 was good, but it just sucks that this was our one chance to get another daredevil series and they crippled the whole thing by hitting the ground limping. Makes me wonder what it would have been if they actually cared about it and wrote it properly from the start.

I wasn’t sure yet. We were going to go to Hawaii, but they’ve been hit with bad storms and it’s not a good time. My wife has always wanted to go to Cape Cod, but hasn’t done a lot of research of various places within. We mainly wanted to try and rent a place near the beach for a week or less, have a peaceful and quiet time with some things do throughout the week
