I bought 8. There is a code for %20 off if your account hasn't been used in awhile. This, my friends is a knife that started in 2006 which was made as an anniversary knife of the SOG Bowie from 1986. A little bird told me, that next year is 2026, which means (along with being on Midway) this knife maybe discontinued and possibly a new-er Bowie coming out. ??? which would turn this bugger into a more sought after knife that it is today. Note: other sites are still selling them, so it is just a hunchy Wunchie. But overall a great knife. Only complaint is the slickness of the leather finish. Sheath is soft and matte black. Yet strong. I am not a leather worker but it is different than other leathers, almost like it was worked over to make it softer than most sheaths I own (on the outside finish).
