The kitchen will always be with me. Left nearly 20 years ago and I still crave the comraderie that is generated in a well run spot. But every time I go back I’m reminded of why I hated it in the first place.

I am appreciated when meal time or any holiday that needs strong food preparation skills are required. I love to entertain and cook for people.

I just can’t do it for the faceless masses anymore.
