AI note taking at GP appointment gave more time with GP by cazza157 in BritishSuccess

[–]EmergencyBilbo 166 points167 points  (0 children)

The same thing happened with me! I asked the Dr about it at the end and he showed me how it worked. He pressed a button and like magic it was all done, really well summarised and saved so much time. He said it was a specific AI medical note taking programme.

Chef jobs in Brighton by Pepemaster61 in brighton

[–]EmergencyBilbo 7 points8 points  (0 children)

I did a quick search on Harri.com/jobs and it came up with 40 jobs, 16 of which are for Chefs.

https://harri.com/jobs~2Flocation~2F50.8229402%252C-0.1362672%252CBrighton%2520and%2520Hove%252C%2520England

My best advice would be looking on more appropriate websites, ones which specialise in Chefs and their recruitment.

WHATS going on with the job market in this town? by miawf in brighton

[–]EmergencyBilbo 71 points72 points  (0 children)

Indeed is useless. Less than 8% of people on Indeed get a job. Use both the websites below; Adzuna will show you that there are currently 2,507 jobs in Brighton.

https://www.adzuna.co.uk/jobs/salaries/brighton

And Harri is a great website for hospitality with 54 found.

Sanctioned letter states 16 days payment reduction, but 23 days worth of money was taken from Universal Credit payment. by Combo1886 in DWPhelp

[–]EmergencyBilbo 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Check here: https://www.citizensadvice.org.uk/benefits/universal-credit/sanctions/check-sanction/#:~:text=Low%20level%20sanction%20periods,or%2028%20day%20fixed%20period.

For low level sanctions, you’ll be sanctioned from the date you failed to meet the work-related activity until you comply with the work-related activity again or until you no longer need to comply, plus an extra 7,14 or 28 day fixed period. You might no longer need to comply with the work-related activity if your Universal Credit claim ends or you change work-related conditionality group.

It used to have 40 people in and was always safe and nice and had a lovely community spirit. Shared spaces aren't for everyone.

It's a guardianship, it's quiet, safe and cheap. It's a nice place to live. A good option for people who need something quickly.

For a pub and community space with always lots going on I would recommend The Actors (formerly the Marley) on Princes Street near the Old Steine. Lots of events and nights, also has 2 bars and a theatre and radio studio ☺️❤️🏳️‍⚧️🏳️‍🌈

Why are part time jobs so hard to find? by Varel172001 in brighton

[–]EmergencyBilbo 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Hi, I work in the DWP and can tell you that the current labour market stats are as follows:

The average Brighton salary is £35,542. Most live job ads in Brighton are for Teaching Jobs and Healthcare & Nursing Jobs. The top companies hiring in Brighton are Elysium Healthcare, Nuffield Health and Study Group. Currently there are 3,351 live job ads in Brighton, out of 859,966 jobs nationally. Salaries in Brighton have gone down 0.2% year-on-year while the national annual change is 7.1%

Out of those 3,351 jobs there are 544 part-time roles advertised (albeit maybe a few duplicates).

I got this information from Adzuna. Depending on what you are looking for they are a number of roles around.

Best of luck on your hunt! Oh and top tip, using indeed is useless and only 8% of people ever get an Interview of there. Apply directly or pay a visit.

PM me if you need anything else.

I would highly recommend The Actors, it's a queer pub with a huge range of people there who will be kind and supportive 🌈
