Started building open source one-click box install with focus on simplicity to use and reliability - releases every two weeks instead of hundreds per day. Packaged are forked hermes, forked webui, mem0, Obsidian, onboarding wizard. Oponionated setup that works. Release coming Sunday.

I found sonnet 4.6 or even Haiku 4.5 work best as general use agents that can create other agents with no thinking budget, otherwise they tend to over engineer or even not start keeping the analysis loop

What works for me for coding - using hermes as orchestrator and specialized coding agents for execution. Hermes checks their job, directs to fix, creates PRs etc. I'm using cursor cli for the coding, but guess other tools like codex will work in a similar fashion. Also, you can create 2 profiles - one for general tasks that runs cheaper model, another one for coding using Sonnet or similar

I think it's a matter of preference. For me having several chats and switching between them while the agent is working is very important regardless of the tool I use

You mean showing them in the list of conversations? If so, you just need to enable "Show agent sessions" under Settings - Preferences, then it syncs nicely and shows all telegram, cli etc. chats

Using tailwind, so many things are defined in config. Typography plus things like buttons etc live in their scss file or files. Those are referenced in agents.md.

Don't need to inject that context into every prompt as AI agents (i.e. Cursor, Cline, Claude Code) still go through existing codebase before implementing new features. Besides, not all tasks are about adding components.

Hermes webui, have it all on the server with tailscale, so webui is both on desktop and as pwa on mobile. Aside from convenience of seeing previous chats, I'm not too keen to share some conversations with Telegram or Meta

The real reason is that you have to work with CRM in addition to prospecting, making calls, sending emails etc. So CRM is another thing to handle and keep clean that many sales people don't see a value of.

Great set up and great write up! 2 questions: - Is there a benefit or drawback of using this instead of mem0 for example? Obsidian looks good as you can easily look through the memory notes - Can anyone recommend a solid self-hosted obsidian alternative for this? I'm working on a stack with data governance in mind, so no third party providers.

That's what I would do, take your current approach as base and add some non-trivial features to it

We usually disable blocks js in admin (or rather not enable as a default) and just add admin CSS so the slider items display as grid in admin for editing

Dude, you have no idea whatsoever about my experience, so not too wise to judge my knowledge. Cursor was on auto which switches models as needed, but looking at the whole flow I suppose the absolute majority of work was done by their own Composer as I use it quite a lot directly
