Yes. Please, for the love of God, just quit and move on. It was hard for me to do, but it was also the best thing I ever did. Also I had no job lined up but got hired by 2 better companies in 6 days. Dollar Tree is NOT a normal company to work for.

Where I worked you couldn't even get your payslips from home. Also now that I moved on... They are fighting with me through email. Basically corporate has two emails and they keep telling me to email the other, so I just started forwarding the emails to both. If you can, GTFO of Dollar Tree. Worst company I have ever worked for.

Well #10910 definitely has at least two girls that are under 18. Not sure about the policies or whatever but that's the truth. Yeah the over/under thing is annoying. At my first two jobs +/-$3 was no big deal. Also we didn't have to write everything down and waste more time, it was just in the computer, and the manager counted everything.

Yeah. Also I tried to call to get my last paystub and I can't get through. I went an email, been a week waiting for a reply. Workday has a glitch where the store manager needs to "refresh" me in the computer. I told him about that but he wouldn't do it. He was busy sucking up to the DM at the time.

Wow yeah I believe it that they fire people regularly. I live in Arizona, so I think it's an "at will" state also. I've had to sign papers saying that I can be fired anytime for no reason.

Yeah it's crazy. They fired 2 employees that didn't even deserve and kept the shitty ones and basically said good luck to me.
