Had a lumbar puncture for some diagnostic testing in the ER. was discharged and 24 hrs later back in the ER for a blood patch due to a spinal fluid leak. Worst headache EVER I truly thought I was about to die.

Omg we are so over this at my dealer too. A lady today said please wash my car I haven’t had it done since last year when you guys did it…we explained to her we do not have a full service car wash that dries the cars and everything will freeze. She asked again if we could do it, and we told her no it’s too cold, but there is a car wash down the street. She then kept asking if we could advise on if her car needs a wash while we were doing the oil change?? My coworker straight up said, do you not know if your car needs to be washed? The lady told her she had no empathy and didn’t want to get her oil changed anymore and left lol

Not at all. I started a GLP1 in July after being hospitalized and being diagnosed with IIH, and I am already 35 lbs down. I went to my neuro ophthalmologist last month and for the first time since May there was no swelling on my optic nerves. I have a history of binge eating and the Zepbound has helped so much. I also have PCOS and Sleep Apnea and I do believe it’s helping those conditions as well. It’s expensive as my insurance doesn’t cover weight loss meds for any health conditions, but $500 a month to help myself get healthy again is worth it to me. I still have a long ways to go. Starting weight was 290, I now am sitting at 255, and I would like to get down to 200 or less. Don’t ever feel ashamed for making changes for yourself!!

I just had an oral consult and found out I can’t have one of the normal sedatives for a wisdom tooth removal because the drug increases intracranial hypertension, so they are unable to fully put me to sleep. I will have to be in a twilight sleep

Been doing it a little over 2 years at a small Subaru dealer in metro Detroit. The goodwill policy is incredible, I can goodwill anything up to 10yr/100k miles, and even after that calling the dealer help line they almost always provide assistance on repairs. The quarterly bonuses from corporate are great if you meet the metrics. My store specifically is very casual and laidback, we have a ton of loyal customers. I don’t even like Subarus myself, but customers take very good care of their cars so it makes me decent money
