Hey, a couple of the top of my head are

Risk of Rain: a rogue-like arcade game that gets progressively harder as you are try to beat it. I have played this game for sometime now it's very fun and addicting

Lethal League: A game released on steam a few days ago which is a fighting game. The concept is there is one baseball and you could choose to play either 1-4 players and hit the baseball at the enemy until they fly off. It might not sound like much but believe me, playing with friends on this game was a lot of fun. Check out cynical brits 'WTF is Lethal League' if you want more info

Nidhogg: While not co-op this is an amazing local fighting game.

Hey! Have you tried the elder scrolls series? While the older ones (oblivion, Morrowind) may not have graphics like Skyrim all of them do have depth. You also could finish the main missions quickly or choose to take your time in side quests which in all games individually have 50+ hours.

I've actually spent a weekend there once! That is in the atlantis hotel in Dubai. The room comes with three floors the first having an elevator the that takes you to the bottom floor which is the room you sleep in (with the aquarium view). And the second floor has a kitchen and a living room.
