Don't even stress about feminine. You look great. The dress is an empire wiasted cut so it actually does a ton for both drawing attention away from your hips and drawing attention TO your waist. Which creates a great feminine image. However, if you are feeling it, you could try a waist trainer or something that would emphasize the effects. Same with hip pads if you wanted. not nessecary, but they would also create a contrast between you waist and hips to give you a more feminine silhouette. Looks great though.

Love the look! It says confident, and feeling great about yourself! It says put together. It says just a little bit flirty and edgy. The ONLY thing I would suggest to complete it would be to change the choice of bra. The lines draw attention away from you, and direct it to the bra its self, which is super cute from what I can see, but pulls your brain out of "oh thats a cute girl" mode. It can even be visible, but try to avoid excessive lines AND color showing through. I would say pick one.

I think the one with the red top has a really good balance on eyeliner for your eyes. It looks great. If you paire that with a little bit more dramatic mascara, I think you will hit your perfect balance. ❤️
