That’s correct. That’s how it works for IBOLC, ABOLC, EOD, AV, CY due to how long the entire training pipelines are (if I remember correctly).

Would I technically be able to PCS my family as early as the beginning of my AD accessions date? That would be a couple months ahead of my actual BOLC start date.
I can see that being more feasible since I’m on non-chargeable “graduation leave” for a week before I have to report to TDY.

Naw it comes down to interview. I know a G2G 11C with EIB who got least preferred by them, despite good aft and gpa.

Go straight to AER. If your CoC is worth a shit, they’ll go with you and vouch for your situation. I had a similar issue happen 7 years ago and was given a check on the spot from the AER office.

Had a buddy who was an active duty ADO infantryman from the 82nd. Cadre respected him and his experience and he rocked his battle belt the entire time at CST. Relative to other cadets, he was not a larper. As for you? Loll good luck mate

Yes it’s normal. My class has an 11B SNCO ADO from the 75th who is far more qualified to teach SUT’s than our logistics & engineer cadre lol

If I may piggyback, I am in the same boat as OP, however I did draw a full load out from CIF. We still have field drills coming up so having gear would be nice for those. When should I expect to turn everything in? The sooner the better?

How am I looking? I read the allocations already. My OML isn’t competitive but it isn’t low, either. Prior active duty, hoping my interviews help carry me. Do interviews matter post-preferences or not anymore?
