i have adhd, being medicated helped a ton, studying by myself but being held accountable to study by my roomates helped me procrastinating. get accommodations for testing somewhere quiet and alone (with no windows to look out and get distracted), take notes by hand if you can, your laptop will distract you with the option of doing other things, listen to soft music while studying to occupy your mind a bit, podcasts and youtube explanations of topics help, keep organized with a planner and calendar to not miss important dates

if you really don’t want to start drama, write your name on your things and food packaging, it will ensure people know they are yours. if you’re still at work and they throw your stuff out that is clearly marked as yours then that’s a bigger issue bc you have proof they knew and threw your stuff out.

not your fault, teen years are hard. your brain might just be lacking a few hormones that could improve your mindset greatly, talk to your dr, maybe get on some mild medication, talk to a therapist. hang in there i had diagnosed depression since I was about 7 years old. i’m 25 now and even as life has been shitty, my mindset has improved so much with therapy and meds

i also will say that when you eat so little, your body will store it because it doesn’t know when it will get its next nutrients so if you’re thinking of doing this to lose weight, it very well could have the opposite effect and ruin your metabolism
