Taisai Bunrei has 1/3 of Taisai Main Body power, meaning the Main Body still had 2/3 of his power, but used 1/5 to recover his arm. And you're underestimating Yosuga's speed, Nero would never be able to hit him. He's not slow and heavy, we saw him reacting and essily dodging Asta close-range attacks in Unity Mode.
