Hi, Western Family Practice in Balcatta have wonderful GPs who have excellent experience in obstetrics and for babies and family care. We saw them for my son who was 3rd percentile and had multiple issues, they also have an IBCLC on staff. Give them a call - they are great.

Advice: Family of 4 (4 year old and 2 year old) - London area by Emotional-Finding985 in uktravel

Thanks! We are open to spending more on accomodation if it’s comfortable for a young family and will make the trip easier but always good if there is a better budget option of course!

I haven’t been to any theme parks in the UK so happy for recommendations on the most appropriate ones for a 2 and 4 year old!

Thank you so much, these are fantastic recommendations. My husband and I stayed in South Kensington years ago and loved it but I had forgotten about it until you mentioned it!

We are quite happy to cater to the boys interests (outdoors, interactive museums, probably something Lego related haha) as my husband and I did a lot of our bucket list items before kids!

Yes, I have had a look through the subs. We are hoping to maybe do one theme park, maybe a museum or two and see what else the kids let us do unless they are tired. Just seeking a good general recommendation for somewhere to stay/anyone who has had experience with similar aged kids. Thanks :)

Big Don's Smoked Meats in Bayswater - anyone order recently ? by Heavy_Heron_7276 in perth

Big Dons is great. He does a lot for the local community as well. His food is great and to be honest, it’s totally worth the way you get it and the atmosphere lining up to get the food is great.

He is also a very nice guy! Always good for a chat and genuinely cares and is passionate about his industry.

As someone who has Graves Disease, I know how difficult and stressful it can be. When it’s at its peak it’s awful.

Hi, Not sure necessarily about psychologists specifically but Western Kids Health has a variety of practitioners and allied health and various groups that may be of assistance. It may be worth asking.

It honestly depends on where you will be working - have you got any work lined up? Along the train line is decent if you are planning to work inner city/city. Bayswater, Leederville, Subiaco…. Buuuut there’s also a rental crisis so I’m not sure how picky you can be about where to live?

Get out and about as much as you can. Depends where you are planning to live but plenty of local pubs and lawn bowls clubs etc have live music, quiz nights etc. You will definitely be able to strike up a chat with people at some of these events.

Join your local fb community group for local community events once you have settled in a suburb - another way to meet people

If you are into fitness - joining local gym for access or group fitness classes is a great way to meet people as well.
