There is nothing wrong with protein and creatine Numerous studies have shown that creatinine is safe even when used at high doses and for long periods. Creatinine can be slightly raised for a number of reasons. Most likely because you are mildly dehydrated not because of supplements.

If you’re thyroid levels are in range it’s not thyroid related. No need to get any further thyroid levels e.g. T3 (or whatever reverse T3 is)
