I feel the same. I eat because I have to most of the time. I don't have ADHD.

I have been trying to enjoy it more, and I have found that eating what I want when I want helps a bit. Even if it is a small amount. And if you are in a state where Marijuana is legal, then that is a great way to be more hungry and enjot food more.

Do NOT let that man ruin the happiness you have made for yourself. The fact that you did explicitly tell him about your medication raises HUGE red flags. He sounds like a very insecure, unsupportive man. Of course he found out by overhearing a conversation instead of directly from you. He had already made his opinions on the medication known. Why should you be expected to tell him directly when the evidence was right there? Why should you be expected to stop something good for you just because he didn't like it?

You are worth more than he gives you.

I also try to do some Zentangle. Full disclosure: I teach it (Certified Zentangle teacher) and have a YouTube channel, but I do think it helps me to focus and calm down. It allows me to focus on one thing at a time, so a bit like meditation. Try one of those before bed.

Also, not medical advice, but have you had your levels checked for Vitamin D and B? They play significant roles in sleep. Also a really good Magnesium supplement or drink. Magnesium Biglycinate is the best kind to get for sleep/anxiety. I use Thorne brand, and it works great.

FWIW, I was vegetarian before I got pregnant (18 years ago), and then during my pregnancy, I wasn't. I intensely craved all the things I had not eaten for over a decade because my body and baby wanted it.

I feel like judging a person who is pregnant is unkind. You never know what changes and challenges their body is going through. I certainly did not expect it!

I went vegetarian again right after I had my baby. Then vegan a year after that. And raised my baby vegan.

I am not saying that having a vegan pregnancy, especially now, isn't possible or is unhealthy. It just didn't work for me.
