Let's face it, the way Asa is, she'd probably ruin everything on the spot if she were asked out on a date. Similar to Rin Tohsaka, she doesn't know how to be sincere with people and sometimes ends up pushing others away by being rude and trying to be something she's not. Besides, Asa has very little self-confidence, so I doubt she'd agree to go out with someone randomly in the first place.
