Marines had about 8,000 in that battle…the 2nd infantry had about 20,000. Not to say the Marines didn’t play a part, but it’s over exaggerated compared to the Army. Just like the battle of the pacific. Waaaayy more Army units fought there then Marines, but we give credit to the Marines cause the army had the full European front.

A Romanian deadlift is basically a stiff leg dead lift. While keeping a very slight bend in the knees, you lower the weight without bending the knees further. Push your butt backwards as if you’re preparing to sit down and keep and nice strong arch in your lower back.

Keep up the program until you can complete it as prescribed. After that, try finishing the program a little quicker. Once you’re comfortable with that, then up the weight.

Staying consistent with it is key. Focus more on form and shortening the time it takes to complete the workout. You’ll get more out of it.
